		GDL CABRIO™ Balcony Roof Window
		The ultimate daylighting experience, the GDL CABRIO™ balcony roof window opens to create a roof balcony, transforming unused attics or above-garage bonus rooms into extraordinary living space that embraces the best of the outdoors.
		Features and Benefits
		The GDL balcony roof window opens to a 45° angle to provide ample ventilation and to satisfy egress requirements for emergency escape. The top sash opens for maximum ventilation and also pivots inward for easy cleaning from inside the room. The bottom sash opens outward to create a roof balcony. When the GDL CABRIO roof window is closed, a ventilation flap can be opened to provide a breath of fresh air ― even if it is raining outside. An optional insect screen is available. The GDL balcony roof window installs on roofs with slopes between 35.25° (8 1/2:12) and 53° (15:12). The smooth, low-profile of the GDL roof window does not obstruct your roofline.
		GPL Top Hinged Roof Window
		The GPL roof window lets you expand or transform upstairs space such as attics, above-garage bonus rooms and loft areas into beautiful living areas filled with daylight, outdoor views and fresh air. Designed to be installed within reach, the GPL roof window opens to provide maximum ventilation.
		Features and Benefits
		The GPL top-hinged roof window opens to a 45° angle to provide ample ventilation and to satisfy egress requirements for emergency escape. On the GPL roof window, the top sash rotates completely inward so that the glass can be easily cleaned from inside the room. When the GPL roof window is closed, a ventilation flap can be opened to provide a breath of fresh air ― even if it is raining outside. Smooth, low-profile does not obstruct your roofline. The GPL roof window installs on roofs with slopes between 18.5° (4:12) and 55° (17:12).
